Pros:
I'm usually online a lot.
I'm friendly (i hope people think i am.. i try to be lol)
I've played on other PS's and i think i have a fair idea of what people look for in a GM, since I've seen the good and the very bad people do it

Cons:
I'm going back to school soon so i won't be on AS much, but still often.
I live in Australia, and I'm not sure where other people in the server live, but i may have a different time zone.

How can you help the server:
By being a GM, obviously
Lol jk.. but no, i think i could be a really good addition to the server since i don't mind being in control of a situation, but still trying to be nice about it. I don't loose my temper very much so i think i could bring a friendly attitude to the server. I love to help people that don't know what they're doing (it's sort of funny, but i actually enjoy it). And... Yeah i think i could just be a positive role model (I hope i don't sound too vain >_<)

What do you believe makes a good GM:
Someone that is friendly but knows when to tell people to stfu.
Someone that helps people.
Someone that can control a situation.
Someone who makes the server fun (i.e. events, summoning monsters, etc)
Someone that gets along with everyone and doesn't cause drama.
Someone that can be a good addition to the server, and doesn't sit there doing nothing.
Someone who knows what they're actually doing lol.

How can we know we can trust you:
Well we don't really know each other and it's sort of hard to prove trust over the internet but i'm sure i can prove myself somehow. Like.. having trial GM days or.. getting to know everyone and proving that i can do the job

Handling hackers(important)

1) What will you do if you spot someone hacking?
Hide and not let them see you, and then depending on your GM level ban them or tell a fellow GM that they are hacking and to ban them or speak to them about it.

2) If someone reports a hacker what will you do? List steps to make it clear.
Go and check out the person without them seeing me (they might stop if they do)
Ban them or ask a fellow GM to ban them OR alternatively talk to them about it, ask them why they are hacking, if they will stop or they may be banned, etc.

3) What will you do if the hacker is your friend in RL?
This is probably better than if you don't know them, since you can talk to them face to face.
I'd call them or talk to them when i see them about breaking the rules.
But just because they are my friend doesn't mean i can let them go easier than anyone else, and I'd either ban them or get another GM to ban them.

Great app! Your not supposed to make jokes in your apps but...O well. You've make a fine effort which tells us how much you'd appreciate this job. For the hacker's question... if its out of 3 i'd give you 2 cuz its sort of correct..... not too sure... But overall, great job!
