Experimented with them by studying sample ones. Played with it here and there.

Your pros/cons(list both):
Pros:
When I can really play, I can stay on for around 8-10 hours.
I adapt and learn fast.
I'm creative.
I like solving problems (cause it feels good.)
I'm multilingual

Con:
School/parents/natural phenomen may cause playing times to be random.

How can you help the server:
I can recruit players and report bugs/glitches/etc that cause gameplay to be unfair.
Helping players with their problems.
If I'm there, I can help relieve the onslaught of players and their problems.

What do you believe makes a good GM:
A good GM...
Follows the rules.
Is attentive
Judges fairly.
Doesn't swear at players. (that causes a negative reaction and players may quit)

How can we know we can trust you:
I'm no applying for a GM position because I want the authoritative powers.
I'm applying because I feel that I can help the server.
And to tell you the truth, I'm applying cause my friend is applying (EpikHigh)
GM powers aren't all that special imo.
I used to think they were, so I made my own server. Then I exhausted their appeal.
You can be 100% I won't abuse my powers as a GM.


Handling hackers(important)

1) What will you do if you spot someone hacking?

Jail him first to immediately stop the hacking.
Then talk to him about it and tell him to stop.
Record his ign in case he hacks again.
If person hacks again then it's a ban.


2) If someone reports a hacker what will you do? List steps to make it clear.
I will ask the person who reported it to describe how the person was hacking.
Use GM hide skill to hide ( love that skill )
Track/Find and observe hacker to see if hacker is truly hacking.
If said person is hacking I will execute above steps from "What will you do if you spot someone hacking?"

If said person is not hacking, I will record his name
Then warn the person to not hack as he has been reported.
If he is seen hacking again, then Ban.


3) What will you do if the hacker is your friend in RL?
Same as I do to all hackers, but a little more.
I slap my friend in RL after I Ban him. Or before.
Whichever is more convenient. Friends don't have special privileges.
It's easier to enforce control/observation to friends because you know them.
